SALES TAXES AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Orders shipped to a destination outside of the EU may be liable to customs taxes and/or duties.  The customer is responsible for this cost, payable on receipt of goods.  We advise you to check your local customs tax and duty cost as items will not be released until duties are paid.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with a product we will be happy to offer you a full refund providing the item(s) are returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items(s) must be as new and in unworn condition and all packaging must still be attached.  Item(s) should be posted back in appropriate packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

For all returns please complete our online form advising us why you would like a refund/exchange.  Exchanges are subject to availability.

Unfortunately, if you are returning an order from outside of the EU we are unable to refund any shipping, customs taxes or duties incurred.

Once the item(s) have been received by us and approved for return, we will exchange and/or refund the original payment for the sum paid.
